ABOUT ME 

Communication, Integrity and Transparency is what you'll find when you work with me.  With almost three decades in the business, I can guide you through the entire loan process from start to finish.  I personally originate, pre-underwrite and process my client's loans.  Unlike most loan officers who take your loan application and turn your file over to someone that you don't know in their office, never to be heard from again.  My services don’t end there.  After your loan closes, I will continually monitor the rates and alert you if I see a good option for you to save some money by doing a no closing cost refinance. 

 

Cornerstone Mortgage is a local, direct lender.  We underwrite, draw loan documents and fund your loan, right from our local office.  Specialties include conventional, jumbo, FHA and VA financing, for both purchase and refinance transactions.  We have extremely competitive interest rates, and our lender fees are some of lowest that you'll find in the industry.  If you're a first-time home buyer, or a seasoned homeowner, please feel free to contact me for a personalized rate quote and a free pre-approval.

Transparency

I believe in being upfront and honest at ALL times, while working with clients and real estate agents involved in a transaction.  If I even suspect that something could be an issue during the transaction, I will let you know right from the start if I foresee any potential issue.  Whether it be with your qualifications, or if I think there could be a problem with the subject property being financed.  I have heard all of the nightmare stories from clients and agents about how the lender knew that there was an issue and they were left in the dark, or even lied about it.  That will never happen when working with me.

Integrity

In an industry that is dominated by other mortgage companies that offer poor service, I strive to provide consistency, quality and integrity during the entire lending process. For me, it's doing the best that I can for my clients and being confident that my work ethic is of value to my clients.  My bottom line is getting my clients the best possible loan.  No gimmicks!

Superior Communication

I expect superior communication from anyone that I do business with, therefore I provide what I expect, to my clients and agents.  Some lenders offer state-of-the-art communication systems, to keep their clients and agents updated as to the progress of the transaction.  This is a great tool, but call me old-fashioned, I prefer to have direct contact with my clients and agents to personally discuss what is happening throughout the transaction.  That way if anyone has questions, they are answered personally by me, immediately.  Smooth transactions and transactions that actually close on time (or earlier) is what I do best.
